  • Confirm VARL status with Trainee.
  • Watch for VAP in mail (arrives ~10 days out).
  • Verify REAL ID compliance.
  • Print hotel/Airbnb reservations.

Phase 2: Wednesday

Airman's Run & Coin

  • 06:30–07:10 AM — BMT Informational Briefing
  • 07:45–08:20 AM — BMT Informational Briefing (2nd)
  • 08:30–09:15 AM — New Spouse Orientation
  • 10:30 AM — Town Pass begins
  • 8:00 PM — Airmen due back (Curfew)

Phase 3: Thursday

Graduation Parade

Graduation Parade09:00 AM

Schedule Items:

  • 06:00 AM — PRC opens
  • 07:30 AM — Handicap visitor buses begin
  • 08:30 AM — Last bus departure from PRC
  • 10:00 AM — Town Pass begins
  • 6:00 PM — Airmen due back (Curfew)
  • Allow 45 mins for gate traffic.
